Usage:
Cleanse brows thoroughly using the Cleaning Solution.
Map and measure using the Curved Ruler, V-Line Stickers, and preferred stencil.
Perform brow lamination using the Lifting and Setting Lotions per protocol.
Nourish brows with Keratin Vitamin Intensive Cream.
Apply MEM Magic Gel Tint to achieve desired depth and tone.
Refine shape using brow pencils and concealer palette for a polished finish.
Storage:
Store all products in a cool, dry environment.
Keep liquids sealed tightly when not in use.
Dispose of single use items after each client.
RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
At MEM Supply, we’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience built on quality, trust, and long-standing industry standards. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety compliance, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, adhesives, PMU cartridges, pigments, brow tint, liquids, or any cosmetic products once opened or used.
Products that include online training access are non-returnable and non-refundable once the training link or materials have been delivered.
This applies only to select product combos that include training access.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
