Instructions for Use

1. Insert your tweezers into the lamp’s side interlayer and adjust to the desired angle.
2. Position the tweezers to isolate or spread lashes as needed.
3. Gently touch the sensor area to turn the UV light on.
4. Use the light to assist with lash application and curing.
5. Test adhesion after use to confirm lash bonds.
6. Charge using the USB-C port; the light flashes while charging and turns solid when full.

Precautions:

• Not recommended for use on clients who are pregnant, photosensitive, or undergoing radiation/chemotherapy
• Do not use near unhealed skin, herpes, abrasions, or infections
• Avoid disassembling the product; covered by a 1-year warranty
• Do not use the device while charging.
• Avoid direct eye contact with the UV light.

Return Policy

At MEM Supply, we’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience built on quality, trust, and long-standing industry standards. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety compliance, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, adhesives, PMU cartridges, pigments, brow tint, liquids, or any cosmetic products once opened or used.
• Products that include online training access are non-returnable and non-refundable once the training link or materials have been delivered.
• This applies only to select product combos that include training access.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Refunds or credits are issued after the product is received and inspected.
