Usage & Storage Instructions
Usage: Use remover and primer according to MEM guidelines. Apply UV glue with system-specific techniques and cure using the MEM UV device. Select lash lengths and curls from the 12-in-1 box based on mapping strategy. Clean lashes before and after services with Whipped Cream Lash Bath. Utilize cleaning solution for tool and workspace sanitation.
Storage: Store UV glue, remover, and primer upright in a cool, dry environment. Keep bottles tightly sealed after each use. Do not expose adhesives to direct sunlight. Store lashes and tweezers in a clean, dust-free space.
Precautions:
- Not recommended for use on clients who are pregnant, photosensitive, or undergoing radiation/chemotherapy
- Do not use near unhealed skin, herpes, abrasions, or infections
- Avoid disassembling the product; covered by a 1-year warranty
- Do not use the device while charging.
- Avoid direct eye contact with the UV light.

Return Policy
At MEM Supply, we’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience built on quality, trust, and long-standing industry standards. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety compliance, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, adhesives, PMU cartridges, pigments, brow tint, liquids, or any cosmetic products once opened or used.
