Return Policy
At MEM Supply, we’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience built on quality, trust, and long-standing industry standards. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety compliance, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, adhesives, PMU cartridges, pigments, brow tint, liquids, or any cosmetic products once opened or used.
Products that include online training access are non-returnable and non-refundable once the training link or materials have been delivered.
This applies only to select product combos that include training access.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
