Simply mix with base coat or clear gel polish and use the included magnet to create the cat eye effect, or apply over no-wipe top coat for a mirror chrome finish. Each application uses only a small amount of powder for maximum impact.

How To Use 2 in 1 Cat Eye Pigment:
Method 1. Use as Cat Eye Nail Powder
Step 1: Clean your nails then trim the nail surface as a normal nail prep process.
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Base Coat and cure it for 60s under a UV/LED lamp.
Step 3. Mix the powder with base coat OR clear gel polish. (The ratio is 1 powder: 3 gel)
Step 4. Apply the mixed gel on the nails, DO NOT CURE, put the magnet very close to the nails to do cat eye effect, then cure it for 60s under the LED /UV light.
Step 5. Seal the nails with a Top Coat and cure it for 60s.
Method 2. Use as Mirror Chrome Powder
Step 1: Clean your nails then trim the nail surface as a normal nail prep process.
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Base Coat and cure it for 60s under a UV/LED lamp.
Step 3. Apply No-Wipe Top Coat on the nails and cure it for 30s.
Step 4. Rub the 2 In 1 Cat Eye Pigment on the nails and clean the excess powder with a dust brush.
Step 5. Seal the nails with a Top Coat and cure it for 60s.
