Return Policy

At MEM Supply, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, adhesives, PMU cartridges, pigments, brow tint, liquids, or any other cosmetic products once opened or used.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at contactblinkstudio@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the product back. Refunds or credits are processed once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
